Step 1

Impacte team performs activity audit for your inventory department. Process Improvement Manager (PIM) improves process activities where deemed fit. Validation process and parameters are built into the system.

Step 2

Impacte Transitional Operational Manager (TOM) hires and trains new inventory team.

Step 3

Impacte Transitional Operational Manager (TOM) takes over full management of the day-to-day inventory operation.

Step 4

Impacte Operational Tracking Specialist (OTS) monitors hourly and daily activities from Impacte Validation Center.

Step 5

Periodic, typically quarterly review meetings occur between Impacte and client to review goals, progress and assessment of results.
